The Basics

The Wiggenhorn's came to us after they decided wanted to move back into the bustle of town from the country to be closer to work and school. 

Not only did they want to move, it was December and almost Christmas.  We needed to find them a home to move into that would fit their needs, but negotiate a contingency to sell their home and buy the new one.  Combined with everything going on during the holidays, this was a tall order!

For Sale

They were in love with their pool and backyard at the home they had previously lived in for 9 years, but it was time for a change. After being referred to us by a friend, we knew we'd be able to match them with a home to fit their needs.

The Process

Once we found their new dream home and negotiated a fantastic price and closing terms, we listed their house on December 20th as the Wiggenhorn’s went away for Christmas, and we had a signed contract on December 23rd!

Once their house was under contract, the biggest challenge was the appraisal of their current home. The buyers changed loans during the escrow period and the appraiser had to go back out and reappraise the house.  While this was a challenge, we were able to overcome it and get to closing.
